Join our festive Fun Christmas Calligraphy Flourishes Workshop on 28th October 2025 at Carlas Harris Glass in Swepstone, Coalville. Suitable for all skill levels, this hands-on class will guide you through creating beautiful holiday flourishes with confidence. Limited to just 8 spaces. £50 – all materials provided.

Whether you’re an experienced calligrapher looking to add flair to your work or a complete beginner eager to dive into the world of beautiful lettering, this workshop is for you.

In this relaxed and friendly class, you’ll learn how to create stunning Christmas-themed flourishes perfect for cards, gift tags, and seasonal decorations. Our expert instructor will guide you step-by-step, ensuring you gain confidence and have fun while mastering the art of calligraphic embellishments.

All materials will be provided to use throughout this class so don’t worry if you don’t have any calligraphy equipment.

Jane will show you how to hold the pen and create various flourish techniques to be able to generate beautiful designs just in time for all those beautiful Christmas card you want to send to impress your friends.

Jane also provides all materials she uses with as it soon became clear to her that having the right mix of products, paper and nibs to make beginning easy is essential.

These will be available to buy at the end if you want to continue your new found hobby so just bring some spare spending money!
